I’ve decided to move my weekly report to a Monday publishing cycle. The thrust of my focus will continue to analyze the sold properties priced from $1m and up for the previous 7 days. This coming Monday June 19th I will publish two weeks worth of sold property insights.
In lieu of the report this week, I wanted to share the cover art of the children’s book my wife wrote and presented to me as a gift last Christmas. The book is titled Hold You, Hold Me. It’s about my relationship with my first born son James Harlee Foster. He goes by Harlee or “H” and he will be 3 years old this coming October. I have another. His name is Lou Edward Foster. Lou will be 1 year old in 2 weeks.
I’ve never been happier than I am today as a young father at the ripe age of 48. My boys have opened my heart and mind to more love than I could have ever imagined. I will forever be thankful to my wife and partner Katherine Lee.
Since the book was published I’ve mailed out copies to my most valued contacts as a gift with the request that they give it to someone who can benefit from it if they themselves don’t have a good use. The stories I’ve heard back in return about how the book has touched the recipients, their children and those they have gifted it warms me. With Mother’s Day just passed and Father’s Day a few days ahead, I thought this was timely to send and share. Being all business all the time isn’t very fun.
