I list and sell residential real estate. I have for 8 consecutive years now. I am full-time. I started as an real estate agent on the top producing luxury real estate team in the valley. After 3 years, thousands of luxury home tours, hundreds of high priced office transactions, more than three dozen of my own direct transactions and ranking #1 as a team locally, regionally and nationally again and again, I decided to walk away.

It was time to chart my own path forward.

The next three years I would operate as an independent real estate agent affiliated with globally recognized real estate brokers Berkshire Hathaway and Coldwell Banker. Along the way I systematically negotiated improved terms for myself as a licensed real estate agent moving from one broker to another until I was at the top of the income producing and earning curve and benefiting from the lowest cost associated with affiliating with traditional real estate broker models. The lowest cost would be to go out on my own. I am there now.

Before real estate sales I had a wonderful and full life of entrepreneurial endeavors ranging from Hospitality, Entertainment, Publishing and Marketing & Advertising.

Before my endeavors I was a full-time student at UNLV while working as a captain waiter at the Four Seasons fine dining restaurant. I quit the Four Seasons after my New Year’s Eve shift in 1999. Then I dropped out of college in early 2000 with just twelve classes left to complete a business degree. I later returned to college in 2002 where I shifted my studies to a focus on Marketing and Advertising. Then came an unsolicited call from a new resort on the strip with an offer for me to return to my nightclub roots to design, open, program and promote a new nightlife concept set inside the world famous private gaming label London Club International. It did it. Which means I dropped out again.

After returning to UNLV during the Covid-19 global pandemic to take advantage of remote learning I changed to the college of Liberal Arts in pursuit of my four year degree focused on Interdisciplinary Studies. Today I have one class left. It’s my capstone. I will complete my degree in the fall of 2023.

Tuesday I continue to copy edit while fact checking and adding in details like captions, credits and license numbers and names. I also begin to source property photos. Tuesday is also the day to begin sending test emails with subject line versions, opening and viewing email newsletter experiences and overall tinkering and toying trying to make it better and easier to publish week over week. Wednesday I publish it to my website and YouTube and send an alert to my list of email subscribers.
